One of the cool Microsoft products I have tried out lately was codenamed "Tahiti". This great little application allows you to easy shared individual applications and your entire desktop easy with other people over the Internet.

I learnt today that "Tahiti" has now been renamed to Microsoft SharedView and the beta version is available now for download from Microsoft's Connect website.

I see a bright future for this little application and have tried it out in an online training scenario with a friend. We used Voip to communicate verbally as a walked through a few issues on one of his machines using Tahiti. I was easily able to upload "handouts" which the other participant(s) can easily see and download as well. Well worth a few minutes of your time to have a look at what this application has to offer.
