It is sometimes hard to control the urge to eat more of that lovely food over the holiday period. I expect there are a few of us who are now turning their attention towards ways to remove the after effects of too much food and not enough exercise.

My partner Kris has just posted a link to a great diet on her SportSPeak blog. I know it works as I have seen it in action. I have to admit I have not tried it as my prefered method for losing weight is to up the exercise intensity rather than reduce the food going in.
