In an earlier post, I mentioned I like the New Scientist podcast. Since then, I've had a few people ask me what on earth I find interesting about it. While they cover some really excellent areas of science research (and some not so excellent), the part I find the most fascinating are the oddball questions they answer at the end of the show. Questions like:

* Why don't penguins feet freeze?

* Why is snot green?

How could you not want to know these things :-)
