Frank officially announced this afternoon that the Australian Student Partners have taken over TalkTechBlogs for the next few weeks. The forecast for the weeks ahead is looking very fine, with plenty of fresh TechTalk from Steven George, Marty Gnanananthan, Scott Savage, Ken Soedjatmiko, Bernard Oh and Long Zheng (me!).

Let me introduce myself since no one else will. Hi, my name is Long Zheng. And you might remember me from such blogs as istartedsomething. I'm an 18 year old second-year Monash University student from Melbourne. I'm currently studying Business Commerce and Multimedia Systems double degree, majoring in marketing communications and enterprise systems. I currently work at a software developments firm in Sydney as a graphics design specialist.

In short (pun intended), I am a technophiliac. I love technology, computers and the series of tubes (great fan of Senator Ted Stevens). I'm keeping a sharp eye on Microsoft's consumer products, uncovering secrets here and there. The current products I'm tracking are Windows Vista, Office 2007. I've also produced several terabyte-crunching screencasts focused on Vista and Office: the original and best Vista part 1, the extended edition Vista part 2, the adventures of Office 2007 and Ted Stevens, the MSNBC-smashing Vista speech recognition demo, the cliffhanging Solitaire demos, and the 2-foot Media Centre overview. Collect 'em all!

I think I've exceeded my allowed blog plugs for one post. So I'll leave it there. I hope to write more posts about Windows Vista here at TechTalkBlogs in the future! You are such an attentive audience. It's been fun so far!

P.S. I know you're all shocked because you were so eager to find my name on the Student Partners list but couldn't. Well, I'm not a Microsoft Student Partner, but shhhhh, don't tell anyone. This can be our little secret just between you, me and the RSS reader.
