Have you been wondering exactly what Hands On Labs will be available? Fresh off the presses is a document that names every HOL you can take at TechEd this year, complete with a description of what it you'll actually be doing.

It looks like there's some really nice ones too - the first random ones that caught my eye were 'Hosting Workflows in Windows Workflow Foundation', 'An In-Depth Exploration of Visaul Basic 2005' and 'Take a Tour of Visual Studio 2005 Team System for Database Professionals'.
