If you check his answers, Jeff says he's been with MS for 19 years. That's amazing - given that he looks about 30 years old, that means he started there when he was 11. Impressive! Just how old are you Jeff?

This is our third last Behind the Scenes with TechEd track owners (there'll still be more on this topic, just not from Track Owners). The last two...well, I won't name names (you can probably figure out who's left ) but they better hurry up and get their responses back to me, or I'll shame them publicly *grin*

1. Who are you, and what do you do when you aren't doing things for TechEd?
   Well I’m an IT Pro Evangelist at Microsoft and I’ve been at the company now for 19 years so I’m a real veteran. My background is in various technical roles at MS. I’ve been a technology specialist; worked in internal IT for 6 years and spend 3 years in support. When I’m not organising things for events like Teched I’m just presenting on various topics all the time. Right now mainly Windows Vista.
2. What's the secret location of this year's party?
   No idea..no really i don’t know.
3. What track(s) are you running? What sort of things do they cover?
   I’m organising the Security Track. We are doing lots of stuff on Windows Vista Security; some hacking stuff and our new client protection technologies.
4. What else are you involved with this year?
   Everything! Haven’t you heard? All our major events that DPE is involved in.
5. No really, you can tell me. Where's the party going to be?
   Now now behave!
6. Why should I go to your track(s) and not a different one?
   Because security is the only thing that matters. If you are not secure then you might as well go home..
7. If I couldn't make it to TechEd this year, is there any way I'd be able to get my hands on some of the information presented on your track?
   I think its going to be available on IT Showtime. The best sessions will be up there.
8. Why should I even go to TechEd at all?
   Because I’m going to be there and of course Frank will be there. No seriously its our premier training event of the year. Not to be missed.
9. How many TechEds have you been to before? Which one was the best?
   too many to count. Probably around 10.
10. Why is this years going to be the best one yet?
    Because we have such alot of new technology to show.
11. There's a lot of new stuff coming out in the next 12 months - Vista, Office, .Net 3.0, Expressions, and more. Which one are you looking forward to the most?
    Windows Vista and Longhorn server.
12. And finally, let's say I couldn't make it to TechEd this year, but I could make it to the party. Where would I need to go? ;)
