In Vista Vibes #3 Ian told us about a feature called Favorite Links.  Favorite links allow you to drag folders into the Favorites area and have them available everywhere at the click of a button.  Here's a screenshot of the Favorite Links:

In this image I've added the folder named "Cropper" to my favorites.  This shortcut now appears whenever the File Explorer is used.
