Security Seminar Picture Site
Well I've finally registered a flickr site. I've posted the pictures I've taken so far to the site
http://www.flickr.com/photos/17276987@N00/ Feel free to have a look and follow our progress around Australia / NZ. :-)
Today was a real good day in Brisbane. The attendees seemed to be interested in how everything worked and asked plenty of questions. As this is my first tour with Microsoft, I'm not sure what I should be expecting on the evaluation forms, but as long as people answer honestly, I'm happy.
Speaking of which, there is still time to sign up to the events. http://www.microsoft.com/australia/eforum/ The reason I am mentioning this again is because I've found out that not only are we giving away a Media Centre PC for the tour, but one of the partners is also giving away an XBox 360 IN EACH CITY! So if you attend and fill out your comment forms, you could win an XBox 360 and be one of the first few in Australia to get them!
Not to mention the great presentations. This year has been a little different. The presentations are 90 minutes long and are designed at a deeper level that previous events. These sessions are not just technology speeches, or sales pitches, they are short courses on doing things securely. So it's well worth the money.
So sign up, it's not too late! We hit Melbourne on Monday. We are doing both the Security Seminar and the Interchange event the same day so it will be a big day. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday we are going to be in Sydney, and Thursday and Friday is Canberra!
Hope to see you there!
